Where To Vote

PLEASE NOTE THAT VOTING IN THIS ELECTION IS COMPULSORY.

Voting is optional preferential, ie you have two options.
You may vote by indicating your preference for candidates by numbering each square, 1, 2, 3 etc or by simply voting with a '1' for your preferred candidate and leaving the other squares blank.

The following options are available for you to cast your vote.

(1) Prior to Polling day:
If you are unable to vote on election day, March 15, you may vote by either of the following two options:

Prepoll Locations:
You can vote, in person, at any of the following location for the two weeks prior to March 15:

Runaway Bay Community Centre
Oxenford Youth Centre
Nerang Bicentennial Centre
Electoral Commission, 22 Central Park Ave Ashmore
Southport Community Centre Lawson Street
Evandale Council Offices Bundall
Albert Waterways Hall Mermaid Waters
Burleigh Heads, Fradgley Hall, Park Avenue
Elanora Library K P McGrath Dve

Request a Postal Vote/ Electoral Visitor:

Please contact me if you require an application for a Postal Vote or, in the case of a physical infirmity, an Electoral Visitor application, and I will arrange to get one to you. Please note that the closing date for lodgement of postal vote applications is Thursday March 13.

(2) On Polling Day, you may only vote at the following locations:

Arundel: Arundel State School, Napper Road Arundel, or
Woodlands Aged Care Settlement, Olsen Avenue Arundel

Biggera Waters: Biggera Waters State School, Morala Ave, Biggera Waters

Labrador: Labrador State School, Turpin Road Labrador, or
Labrador Senior Citizens Centre, Frank Street Labrador.
